Information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (“GDPR”)  

Dear Sir/Madam, pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR 679/16("European Regulation for the processing of personal data") relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you that the processing of personal data provided by you and acquired by the appSolimap – Simon Critchell's GoFreeride Brandwill be processed in compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Regulation, in compliance with the resulting rights and obligations.

As required by European Union Regulation no. 679/2016 ( "GDPR"), and in particular art. 13,GoFreeride by Simon Critchell(“Owner”) provides the Customer (“Data Subject”) with the information required by law regarding the processing of their personal data.

Location data collected in the foreground (while the app is in use)

We do not collect location data in the background unless explicitly indicated and permitted by the user.

• Enable location-based features within the app
• Provide relevant services based on geographic location
• Improve functionality and performance
• Improve user experience

Location access is required for the app to function properly.

When the position is collected

Location data is collected:

• Only when the app is in use
• Only after granting permission

You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your location data with third parties.

Location data may only be shared:

• With trusted service providers necessary for the app to function
• If required by law or legal obligation

We do not knowingly collect location data from children under 13 without parental consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our website.

2. Purpose of data processing  

The Data Controller processes your data for the following purposes:

A. Customer service management: We use your personal data to complete and manage the provision of meals at the venue during the event and to provide customer support;

B. Accounting and tax calculations and obligations;

C. Legal and Compliance Purposes: In certain cases, we may use the information you provide (including personal data) to manage and resolve legal disputes or controversies, for government investigations and compliance purposes, or to enforce contracts or comply with law enforcement requests, as required by law.

3. Data processing methods  

In relation to the purposes indicated in point 2, personal data may also be processed by a "Responsible”, who may be entrusted with specific and defined tasks of management and control of data processing, and by one or more “Representative/s”, who process or materially use the data based on the instructions received from the Data Controller or the Data Processor.

Always in relation to the purposes indicated above, the data may be processed using manual, computerized, and/or otherwise automated tools according to logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing and, in any case, in a way that guarantees security and confidentiality even in the case of processing via remote communication tools.

4. Place  

The personal data of the interested party are processed at the Hetzner Cloud Hosting service in the European Union Geographic Area.

5. Data provision  

The provision of personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in points 2 A, B, C.

6. Refusal to provide data  

Any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data in the case referred to in point 1 will make it impossible to carry out the activities referred to in points 2 A, B, C.

7. Data communication  

Personal data may be communicated to the following categories of recipients to carry out the activities referred to in points 2 A, B, C.

8. Data dissemination and profiling  

Your personal data will not be disclosed or subjected to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.

9. Transfer of data abroad.  

Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.

10. How we process the data of the interested party  

The Data Controller implements appropriate security measures to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Data Subject's personal data and requires third-party suppliers and Processors to implement similar security measures.

11. Data retention period  

Your personal data, processed for the purposes indicated above, will be retained for the duration of the contract and, subsequently, for the period in which the Data Controller is subject to retention obligations for tax purposes or for other purposes, as required by law or regulation.

12. Rights of the interested party  

The interested party has the right to obtain the following from the Data Controller:

a) confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the data;

b) the right to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing;

c) the right to obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without undue delay;

d) the right to obtain from the Data Controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay;

e) the right to obtain from the Data Controller restriction of processing, in the cases provided for in art. 18 of the GDPR;

f) the right to obtain communication from the Data Controller of the recipients to whom requests for any rectification or erasure or limitation of the processing carried out have been transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort;

g) the right to receive personal data concerning him or her in a structured format;

h) for reasons relating to the particular situation of the Data Subject, the latter may object at any time to the processing of his or her personal data if it is based on legitimate interest or if it occurs for commercial promotion activities, by sending the request to the Data Controller.
