How do i view my self in the activity?
Go to your activity url and on the right side bar click the participants icon. Then use search field with your participant name.
How do i associate my User ID?
You can scan your own Qr-Code or copy/paste the user ID you've received in your email.
What's the difference between VR and Live Tracksy app's
Live App updates your real time position to the event map, VR App add's your covered distance to the event map.
Can i train live with my team from diffrent locations?
Yes, with Tracksy VR you can enjoy Live Virtual Activities/Remote Group Training, together in the same digital map from different geolocated places.
Can participants use Geolocated Incident Management from my App and Trackers
Yes, with Live App and rented trackers participants can submit a geolocated support request to event organisers.
VR App Questions
How does it work?
You will need to select your unique QR-Code previously received by email to add your self to your activity or simply copy paste your User ID into its field and press Login.
Start Stop what should I do?
Once you have login all you need to do is START activity when you start and remember to STOP at the end. We highly recommend starting the START outdoors and waiting 30 seconds before starting your activity in order to allow the GPS to align and lock into multiple satellites.
Do we need internet connection for the system to work?
Yes it is important for your device to have access to internet for it to transfer data to the server.

How does it work?

Yes on the top right of your app there is a status bar for your to check your connection is established.
